Fritzer,
I would like to commend you and your crew for your professionalism,
and craftsmanship in the recent completion of the restoration
to the windows in my home. The window system that replaced the
drafty damaged windows, that were original to the structure, have
changed not only the appearance, but enhanced the comfort level
in the rooms to an extraordinary level.
We
researched replacement windows, but were not satisfied with the
appearance , nor would we settle for windows that destroy the
look of our vintage Victorian home. I had heard of your system
and process, and was very pleased to find that you were scheduled
to be a guest speaker at our association educational meeting.
Our Association, The Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors,
Inc. was very impressed with your skill and knowledge of restoration,
and your attention to detail as demonstrated with your display.
After the seminar I was convinced that this was the only remedy
for my home.
Our
windows are over 100 years old. several had not been operated
in years, now they operate very easily, even the very large windows
open and close with ease, the tilt feature is a bonus that we
did not think was possible because of the size and weight factor.
We are located near a busy State Highway and school, the noise
level from the outside has been reduced to almost nothing, and
the energy cost savings are exceptional.
I
specialize in inspecting older homes, and have recommended your
product to several clients. Please feel free to include me in
your list of satisfied customers, and I would be happy to answer
questions from potential customers.
